I’m a native born Kansan with over 40 years of entrepreneurial experience. I love the outdoors and very much enjoy motorsports. I consider myself an evangelistic entrepreneur, but not churchy. I love Jesus, People, and Business. What fills my cup is coming alongside other men who want to get the most out of their life, their dreams, and their God-given identity. #IAM is the driving force in my life and I excel in a form of experience coaching I call The #IAMEffect.
I pioneered two coaching tools that eliminate the noise: X2X, 3XW, and am the founder of HIZWAY. I Live, I Inspire, I Connect, I Lead, and I Glorify in all that I AM and all that I Do. By embodying authentic discipleship, masculinity, and identity; I cultivate community within relationships and organizations.
